Meet Janet...
I support many of our community events and the surrounding communities by either participating in them or volunteering at them. Some of the events I participate in are Ironman, "no I do not run in the event" but I do enjoy being part of it. Other events I participate in are The Taste of CDA, 4th of July and my favorite, Pig Out in the Park in Spokane, WA. I also love helping out at the local animal shelters, whether it be walking the dogs, helping find homes, or dropping off much-needed supplies. I have two rescue dogs that have proven to be the best decision I ever made. I am also the proud mother of two grown children.

My Professional Career... 
25 years in self-employment, running multiple businesses in Marketing, Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Development, Property Management, and Restaurant Management.

What I enjoy most about being a Realtor is getting out there and meeting new people every day. Making the process as easy as I can for them to get into their first home, selling their existing home or investing in property. My clients become friends during the process, and after the transaction is done. Every day is a new day in Real Estate. That is what I love!
